Shuffle won’t stop

Playlists continue to shuffle after a few songs in correct order.  Shuffle turned off in all cases. Cleared cache. Clean reinstall. At a loss. Please help

Could you please let us know if the issue persists when you log in on other devices?

It's also a good idea to ask a friend or a family member to log in on your iPad to test if the app behaves the same way. 

In case it does, it'd be great if you could tell us the exact Spotify version that you use.

Hi there @DFT2,

Can you check that the Enhance button is disabled on your playlists and clear your Queue before playing anything?

Let us know if things play in Shuffle mode after that as well.
