My Question or Issue

For a while now when I try to listen to my Liked Songs the message "Something went wrong, have another go? Try again" shows up, it has been doing that for a while now but after a few "try agains" it worked, but now it doesn't work anymore, I literally can't listen to my liked songs and I'm so frustrated. I've logged out and in, restarted my phone, but nothing seems to work. I didn't want to reinstall it bc I don't want to lose my downloaded content, what should I do?

Thanks for posting on the Community and welcome. 

 

In this case, we suggest that you log out everywhere. You'll find this option by scrolling down here

 

Afterwards, restart your phone and check if the issue still persists (even you can check if this happens when logging in with a different device). If so, we recommend that you reinstall the app on your phone (you'll need to download your tunes again, but not to worry, your saved content will be there ready to download after this process).
