Songs only playing from search results instead of entire playlist

My Issue

Whenever I search for songs in my playlist and select a song from the search results, the rest of the songs played are only from the search results instead of playing the entire playlist. This is really inconvenient for a couple reasons. For one, I like to start off listening to a certain song (or add it to my queue) then listen to the rest of my playlist, but this prevents me from doing that right off the bat. Instead, I have to select some random song in my entire playlist without searching, then search for the song I want to listen to, then add it to my queue, then skip to listen to it, then I can listen to the rest of my playlist.

I'm not sure if this has always been the functionality, but I just realized this is an issue. Are there any plans to change this or allow the user to select an option to enable it?
