Songs stutter

I have premium and i'm connected to the internet, but when ever i try to listen to any song download or not it wil skip through the song and only play bits of it. But it works fine on my laptop and phone.

Fixed it. 

If you get get this problem all you need to do is restart the app(swipe up with four          fingers/double tap the home button then swipe spotify up) and it work normally i have no idea why and am to confused to try to understand why.
