Songs won’t play on iPhone but will other platforms

some songs on Spotify won’t play through my phone, yet they will through other devices, for example Spotify on  my Xbox, however whenever I use my phone to control Spotify on my Xbox by connecting them, the song will no longer play through my phone, and I have no idea why or how to fix this? Any help would be much appreciated.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Could you aslo try updating to iOS 12.1.4? 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
