Spotify messages doesnt show on my devices. It has never appeared on my account and I want to use the feature.

If the Spotify Messages feature is not appearing yet on your mobile app, we'd recommend checking if you have it activated in your settings. To do so, just follow the steps bellow:

1. Tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Settings and privacy.
3. Select Privacy and social.
4. Scroll to Social features.
5. Make sure Messages is toggled ON

If the issue persists, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This step is frequently ignored, but it can assist in eliminating any cache that may be causing issues.
