iPhone 13 

ios 17 but also previous versions 

 

for the last 3 months I’ve been getting the attached message on all the stats pages of the Spotify for artists app. Grateful for any advice. I’ve done all the reinstalling, different devices and different WiFi connection as per support team advice. None have worked. Thanks

We understand. However, we're afraid in this case, they're the right team to report this to since they can take a closer look at what might be happening on your artist profile. 

 

Since we don't have access to that info, we suggest that you keep in touch with them so they can further assist you with this.

In this specific case, we'd recommend reaching out directly to Artist Support here so they can take a closer look and further assist you with this.

Thanks for your message. I’ve been reporting it to artist support for a couple of months and each time someone different responds with the same or similar questions. What do I do in that situation please?
