My Question or Issue

My spotify keeps crashing on my phone and computer. I’ve deleted it a couple of times on both my devices and the problem is solved for a week or two, but keeps coming back. When I play music on my phone or laptop the music plays for 5-6 minutes or so, then the music glitches and the app closes.

You mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a regular one?

If this doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you restart your router and check if that makes the difference.
