Spotify kept playing after closing app, now a bunch of random music on my account

The other day I got done listening to an album and closed the app. Apparently it kept playing the album, and after finishing the album, it played the radio for over a day before I found out. Now there's hundreds of random songs that I don't like in my library. Is there any easy way to get rid of all these songs? This has basically ruined the account because all the music I like has been drowned out by garbage
