Spotify on Iphone 5 problem.

Hello Spotify community.

I have a very weird problem, when i listen to music on my Iphone 5, and then suddenly it changes songs and turns voice control on, in my pocket? Ive tried to reinstall spotify, but it didnt work. I tried to do the same thing with the normal music player on the iphone, and it works perfectly there. And when i just shake my phone a little, it changes song and skips some of the songs by itself?

iPhone's music player has a shake to shuffle mode, under Settings -> Music. Do you have it turned on?  I wouldn't expect it to affect spotify- and in fact it does not on my 5s with ios 7.1 and Spotify 0.9.4.25.  It's certainly a long-shot, but may worth checking, since you said it happens when you shake your phone a little (and you've already tried reinstalling the app).
