Stops playing after 9 seconds and trouble loading podcasts & playlist.

I am having problems with music that stops playing 9/10 seconds in along with loading podcast along with playlists. Tried on both data and WiFi. I did the app reinstall and cleared cache still no lock. I am using an iPhone 12 with the app all up to date. Any ideas on how to fix?

Thanks for posting in the Community and for the troubleshooting you've already tried.

Just to make sure, have you performed the clean reinstall as described on this page? 

Does the web player behave the same on your iPhone or it is only the app?

It's also worth creating a new account for testing purposes and sharing if the issue is persistent on a new account aswell.

Could you also make sure to have the background app refresh turned on for Spotify on your iPhone? Here is how to do that.
