That's a lot of music there! 

The blue bar stands for the storage that is taken by iOS and the apps alongside with their data on your phone.

If you'd like to, you can release 3.47GB that Spotify has taken while you were streaming music. Just tap on Delete Cache and you should be good to go 🙂
