Synced Local Tracks Not Playing

I synched my spotify with my new Iphone 6. All my tracks downloaded but there a lot of offline tracks that show up as synched but when you go to play them nothing happens and they don't repond. When I connect the device to spotify everything is shown as synched but local tracks mant arn't olaying at all
