Synced Music from My Collection Reduces in Volume

Hi all,

This is admittedly an ongoing issue, but I thought I would bring it up to the community for feedback and ideas. When I sync music that I own to any of my playlists on my iPhone 5s, the song will play at full volume for maybe 2 seconds, and then cut down to between 75-50% volume for the remainder of that particular song. When playing something synced from Spotify's collection (e.g. music I don't own), it plays at normal volume the entire time. 

Is there a setting I'm not enabling correctly?
