You have made the process to report an issue way too difficult. From what I can tell, you have to log in to the web browser (instead of for example being able to submit a bug from your phone, or have a hyperlink from your phone), search for help, parse through a wiki page, and then eventually find how to submit an issue.
this should be a simple, one step process, not a 4+ step ordeal
Thanks for your post. Before an issue report can be passed on to the right teams at Spotify, it's important to get all the necessary information and try all troubleshooting steps.
