Transfer Local Files from iPhone to Computer

My Question or Issue

I recently factory reset my computer and totally forgot to back up my local files music and I wanted to know if there was any way at all to get my local files music that I have downloaded on my phone and transfer them to my computer. I looked around and had seen that someone had a similar issue a few years ago but there was no help.
