Unable to Download App

I have been trying to reinstall spotify on my iPhone 6 for 16 days and an error message pops up saying "Unable to Download App. Spotify Music could not be downloaded at this time."

I have done a hard reset on my phone 10+ times as well as simply turned it off.

Each time i try to reinstall the same message pops up and it stays as a gray box with "waiting" 

Super annoyed to be paying for something that i can not use.

I’m having the same issue. Has yours downloaded yet?
