Hello,
I have a premium Spotify account, accessing via iPad & Macbook without issues. Recently bought iPhone 5 but unable to download the Spotify app, the download button is constantly greyed out. Any ideas how to resolve this ?
The app worked fine on the previous iPhone 4S I had.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Do you have any restrictions enabled (at all) on the iPhone under Settings > General > Restrictions?

You can set your country most easily from iTunes, if you go to store and then click your email address and go to "Account".

Thanks Peter, unfortunately this hasn't solved the problem. The country & my age were correct.
I can download the Spotify app on my iPod touch &/or iPhone 4S, which leaves me to think the problem is with the iPhone 5, are you aware of such issues ?
I have also attempted without success to download the Mixcloud app this weekend, yet can access both on iPad & Macbook. Again the download tab was greyed out.
Very frustrating....
