My Question or Issue

Since you forced me to update under threat of losing my account it constantly freezes. The music keeps playing but I can’t do anything on the screen. It’s frozen. I deleted the app and downloaded it again yesterday. Problem is now worse. I am totally fed up with all the many issues I have been experiencing since you forced me to upgrade. Especially as you raised the price to over $20 a month! Am actively looking at alternative platforms.

I understand that this is frustrating but I'm here to help. You already tried to reinstall the app so that is great! When you deleted the app, did you restart your device first before installing it again? Doing to gets rid of all the files that might be left over in the background.

Of course I did! Stop victim blaming and fix it. Am totally fed up with what Spotify has done to iPad version! Every time I use the Queue it crashes. Please Escalate.
