Why when I go to login in I receive an error message saying, "Login Failed. You've already created an account with this email address."?

I have the same problem and posted about it on saturday last week, but still not a single reply from the support...

 

THE "SUPPORT" ON SPOTIFY IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!

EXTREMLY BAD FOR A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY!!!!

Hi liamclarkeri, 

 

Have you ever logged into Spotify using your Facebook account?

Have you tried FB login for your issue yet?

Have you tried the regular email/pw login but login with your FB email and password instead?

I replied to your topic with the same questions as above. As for your complaint about Spotify support, as it says on the sidebar, this community is not an official Spotify support service. So unfortunately, there's never a guarantee that you'll receive a reply or solution to your problem.
