My Question or Issue

I am getting a bug in the “Your Episodes” podcast playlist. It shows “1 Episode” even though it is empty. It is really bothering me. How can I fix it?

Hi @Kunj! Thanks for reporting this, and welcome!

Can you show me how did you access this screen? If you don't mind, can you attach a screenshot here? Also, could you please try to go to another episode, follow it and go back to this screen to see whether any information might be showed up again? Remember to unfollow back the episode you've been followed before 😉

This is just to make sure if some cache may be affecting your experience and your old episode may be shown again.

I'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Wondering if anyone found a solution yet to this? I have the same bug. 

I've tried uninstalling the app and rebooting my phone after. But there's still a mystery episode listed on My Episodes even though the list is empty. 

I've tried logging in on my computer and it also shows 1 Episode even though the list is empty

Can you confirm if you followed the steps that @MateusM provided?

 

On another note, can you have someone log in with a different account - such as a friend or a family member? This will help us understand if it's account related or not.

Hi Jeremy,

 

Yes I've tried to follow a new show and then unfollowing it. The show will disappear from my list normally.

 

I've even gone into every show I follow and sorted them by Downloads, but there's always nothing on the list because I always remove them from my Downloads whenever I'm done listening to them.

 

Weird how it always says 1 Episode in "Your Episodes" when the list is empty.

I'm on a Duo account and this issue is not present on my girlfriend's account.

Can you have your girlfriend log into your device to see if the issue persists? This will help us understand if it's account related or not.
