I have the premium account but ever since the app updated I can’t listen to offline. I listen to it at work for 10 hours a day on wifi and it works fine but as soon as I’m on offline mode it won’t let me listen to downloads. It will play the song for about 20 seconds then quit. And it doesn’t just pause it completely closes the app to where I have to click on it again it isn’t even in my open tabs. I’ve tried logging in and out, re-downloading everything, and deleting and getting the app back and nothing will work. I even tried podcasts today and they wouldn’t work either. Please help!!

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
