my app keeps freezing!!

i have tried to shut the app down and start it up again, rebooted my iphone and it still doesnt work!! is there a number to call spotify on or is it up to other spotify premium users to solve this prolem for me??

Hi there! Sad to see you're having issues with the app! 😞 You say it keeps freezing? Which iPhone is it you're using? Try closing all other apps you have running. If the problem persists, consider trying a hard restart (holding the home and power button for 5 seconds) and if you're still having trouble, it may just be your phone lacking in performance - are you having any issues with other apps running slow or under performing?
