My Local Files does not sync

Hi, I created, in my desktop Spotify, a playlist and put my local files in there and downloaded. When I try to download in my Ipad nothing happens, no error, but the musics does not download either. In my Android Phone this function work very well.

Logged in with facebook with a friends iPad - Can't logout
