cannot switch off shuffle play

I have switched off the shuffle play (from green to white) but playlists continue to play in shuffle mode ???

Have you tried closing the app and setting it up again or possibly uninstall and reinstall the app? That may help, tell me if the problem is still occurying afterwards.
