My Question or Issue

1. I have been experiencing weird song skipping issues on my spotify app both PC and iPhone and some reason the web player (FIREFOX) tends to pop up in my devices connection tab. I never used FIREFOX web player for my spotify.  I tried forgetting the device but it still pops up after a while and my playlist was change to a spanish or latino tracks which I wasnt even a fan off.  I have also tried resetting password but it somehow still happen. Am I being hack? or is this some sort of trolled to put premium user off while disrupting their music listening experience. 

2. FYI I'm also listening on my bluetooth headphone. I am pretty confident this wasnt cause by my headphone as the issue to not persist when I listen to itunes.
