iOS Bluetooth Issues

I'm having three issues with Spotify on iOS 0.9.1

1) When I stream in my car it's ok but if I leave and come back with Spotify in the background then it won't resume playback. This was fine before the 0.9.1 update. I have to open Spotify and click play

2) If I have more than 51 tracks in a playlist then metadata for tracks 52+ isn't displayed and timing information displays a negative integer.

3) When resuming Spotify the track metadata isn't updated unless the app is fully closed and reopened first.

Does anyone know of any fixes or have any eta of a bug fix?
