Hey @1ThatWrld, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

Could you tell me exactly what's wrong when skipping?

Does it always show that song when you skip?

Let me know 🙂

Like this (you should listen to the song it lit) but uh if it Shows the
image. That’s what it looks like.

Sorry but I am not sure I follow. Could you try to explain it more properly for me?

Thanks!

Ok so when I skip a song on the playing bar thing, it shows only the line
the skip the rewind. The photos show that. I don’t know how to farther
explain.

Hey @1ThatWrld,

Just so we are on the same page, when you skip a song it will show the playback buttons, the progress bar doesn't move and track length time isn't displayed.

Did I get it right?

Keep me posted 🙂

Yes sir!

Great!

Let's try to troubleshoot it now.

Do a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!

IOS = 13.4.1
Spotify = 8.5.59.1118

Hey @1ThatWrld,

Did you try the clean reinstall?

iOS 13.5 is the latest version available. Could you try updating?

Keep me posted 🙂

It still does the same thing.

Hey @1ThatWrld,

Could you try using a different Spotify account to see if the same thing happens?

Do you happen to have another device that you can try if it happens in it as well?

Let me know 🙂

I only have my phone. I don’t have another Spotify account.

Try creating a free account just to test this 🙂

Still is blank.

Hey @1ThatWrld,

Sorry for the delay 🙂

I wanted to know if this happens when using bluetooth only and if the music does actually play.

Thank you.
