[iOS] Music won't sync from computer to ios

I uploaded a song into my playlist but I cant get it to download on my phone, I'm on the same wifi and I turned off firewall. I downloaded on both pc and phone but it wont sync the song.

Did you enable local files setting in the iOS app?
