[iOS][Playlists] Playlist Folders

A way to create folders to contain playlists would be good. Similar to another idea I saw being able to break an overall theme i.e. summer into a number of smaller playlist for different occasions could make playlist better, less chance of playing song with the wrong vibe.

An example would be driving: 

-  Windows down 

-  Night Drives

-  Daily Driving
