iOS app notifications - disappeared

In my app on iPhone 6 with iOS 9.0.2 I don't have the option to deselect any notifications in Spotify.

Can anyone tell me why and help fix that?

Message in all 3 sections is just: Settings Unavailable

Do you've tried to reinstall your app? If not, here's a tutorial for a clean reinstallation.

Yes I have tried that but without any luck... 😞

Any other good ideas?
