iOS offline - Stopping songs while playing and jumping to random different song also crashing often

My Question or Issue

Hi, I have troubles after recent iOS update. Spotify app is acting like it has its own mind. It stops while playing and/or jumps to different totally random songs. Also the app crashes very often when it feels tired. 

I reinstalled the app and now I have troubles to even download my songs, there is a red arrow at 95 percent of songs. AND it is almost impossible to play a song that has red arrow even thought I'm on wifi and online.

It's so annoing!

Please, help me! It would make my day awesome!

Let's try a more thorough clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If that doesn't help, I'd recommend checking out this page. This is an Ongoing Issue that Spotify is investigating, and it'd be great if you add your +VOTE and subscribe by pressing the three dots at the top right hand corner.
