iOS playlists

Hi guys, I've got the Spotify app on my iPhone 4 and can't access anything in Your Music; none of the playlists I've created on my computer are appearing there. I've used my PC to sync with my phone, chose manual selection and ticked playlists - a green arrow appeared and that's it. Nothing else seems to be happening.

I want to be able to listen to playlists and albums offline. Any suggestions?

Strange, can you try restarting your device by holding the home and lock buttons together until the apple logo appears on screen and try again?
