iPad Questions

iPad Questions

Ok, so:

1) When syncing a playlist for offline on the iPad, is the amount of memory it takes up pretty much the same as it would for normal iTunes songs? (e.g. 1000 songs = 8GB)

2) You can select a playlist to be available offline on the computer, but can you select this on the App, or do you have to go to select it on PC first?

You are correct- you can select to save offline in the iPad app, as well as on the computer.  There's a button that looks like an arrow pointing down on every playlist..  Click that and then select "yes".

Hey!

1. Depends on the quality you download.

Quality 96 kbps => 0.72 MB per minute.
Quality 160 kbps => 1.2 MB per minute.
Quality 320 kbps => 2.4 MB per minute.

2. You can select Offline mode in the iPad too. I'm afraid I do not know how. Maybe in Edit view of playlist you want to be downloaded to offline.

I'm sorry never used a iPad... someone can correct if I'm wrong in Offline mode thing.
