When using my headphones last night and this morning, the sound of it was off and I dont know why. I go into another app and the headphones are perfectly fine. Why is it acting up on spotify?

Could you try doing a full reinstallation of the app, including removing your local cache/data files.

Try reinstalling Spotify?

Also if you want higher quality audio, go into the app settings and change it.
