"Starred" playlist unavailable to users on Premium Family account

"Starred" playlist unavailable to users on Premium Family account

I have a Premium Family account - I am the only user on the account to can view or play our "Starred" song playlist. We have attempted lots of work arounds but nothing seems to be working. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you for reaching out to the community and welcome.

 

If the playlist is public, anyone can access it and play it. However, if it's a playlist "made for you" based on your listening history, it most likely will be private and accessible just for you.

 

First, we'd recommend checking if the playlist is set to private on the 3-dot menu of the playlist. It's also worth to check is adding it to your profile makes any difference.

 

Also, to make sure we're on the same page, would you mind including the URI of the affected playlist?

 

Lastly, it would be great if you could include some screenshots where we can see how it looks for the other family members. This will give us a better look at the issue.
