Hi

Can anyone help, I am trying to sync my playlist on spotify onto my ipod

I have looked at various how to sites and followed instructions but not working

when i connect my ipod to my lap top with spotify open on it, the guides say it should appear in the sidebar of spotify as a new device

it isnt

ive tried the other way ie disconnecting i tunes and sync but nothing happens

any advice please
