Hi all,
I've recently been trying to upgrade my account to premium, using an NUS student discount. I get as far as inserting my bank details, only to be continually prompted with an error message suggesting there is an error with the bank provider. I have tried this with 3 bank cards, 2 Visa Debit and an Amex card.
Is there generally an issue with the premium sign up service? I'm beginning to wonder if it's something related to my spotify account rather than a generic problem.
If anyone could shed some light on this matter, it'd be greatly appreciated.
