I know that this question has probably been asked before but I wasn't able to find any solutions for it so I hope someone can help me on here.
I tried to sign up using the Student Discount, but it said it could not verify my school. I tried twice, but it still wouldn't work, and so I decided to stop.
However, when I checked my bank account, Spotify charged me twice! I didn't receive an email receipt or any information concerning the transaction.
My account still lists me as using Spotify Free. I have tried several times to uninstall/reinstall, and to log out/log in, but nothing works.
Is it possible for me to cancel both charges and go back to just using free because this was a hassle and I feel like this kind of issue shouldn't be happening.
I can provide a picture of the bank statement if wanted! I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.
