Who Me Too'd this topic

my account has been hacked.  I believe I originally and continue to sign in via facebook.  the culprit changed my password and email on my spotify account.  so i can still log in via facebook, but whoever gained access to my account can override me and play whatever music they want and it comes out of my computer.  I have messaged Spotify numerous times, but they say they will contact me at the email address on my account, which is not mine because somebody co-opted my account.  

If anybody has advice, please advise.  The fact that a company this large with this many users does not have a direct way to contact technical support is beyond me.
