Who Me Too'd this topic

Hi,

I'm a premium user and generally love spotify but i need help with my account and somehow every method of contacting support yields no answer, not even automatic reply using contact form. I've tried both logged in and anonymous form, different topics. i've written directly to support@spotify.com, used the form a few times and after few weeks  still no answer, i don't even get automatic reply. Ironically the only mail i got was to provide feedback about recent support case to which i got no answer. With no other options left i'm turning to community forums with hope that someone can help me or that it leads to someone from spotify contacting me.
