1!1 - Family account - can't invite family members

I have changed my account from Premium to Family Account.

I have setup four family members with their E-Mail addresses. The invitation has been sent and they have followed the instructions.

None of them could activate their account.

All of them had the standard spotify accounts before. Is this maybe the cause of the problem?

The type of account wont have stopped them joining the Premium for Family plan. It is likely another issue such as not being able to verify the address is the same as the Admin account. What error do they get when they try ?

 

Also, i would suggest trying incognito mode, another browser/device

after following the link in the invitation email you are requested to login with a username/email address and a password.

 

What username/email address does the familiy member need to put in?
