3 Months Premium for $0.99

I was trying to sign up for the new offer of 3 months of Premium for 99 cents but it wouldn't go through, said I was ineligible even though it's a new account and I was still charged for it.

Those offers are available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply email address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam/Junk folder because sometimes emails might end up there.

It's not mentioned in the Ad itself but it is mentioned in the User Agreement below.
