Solved!

6 other devices appear to be using my account, they're not mine!

I appear to have 6 PS4s logged into my account. I already tried logging out from everywhere and resetting my password.

Here is what I see when I view devices to play on:

Any ideas on what's going on and what I should do?

I've been having some fun with this and playing the most incredibly racist songs I could find through all of them, so at least there's that.

That list is not a list of devices you have logged in on, its a list of "devices" you've asked Spotify to connect to.
Each time you connect to a device the details are stored(cached) and displayed in the device list. I think you can delete them all by clearing the cache.

I've already seen that thread and followed its advice.. as I stated in my post

Thats looks like your Spotify device list. A list of devices(Your PS4 or friends PS4's) that you have connected to previously. The app will have cached your login details so the device appears on the list even though it may not be available on your network.

I guess clearing the cache would solve it.

But I have never logged into my spotify account anywhere but my computer and my phone

I have the same problem. I have two PS4s and a Google Cast using my account that I KNOW I have never used. I don't own either of those devices.  Did you ever find a solution to this?  I can't get rid of them!

No, sadly. However, I haven't ran into any issues because of it. I have a suspicion that it might list devices on the same network you're connected to. When I was living in college dorms, I would see 10 or so mystery devices. Now that I'm at my own place with a private network, I don't see any. Not sure though.
