Hi,

 

Today I had an email from Spotify telling me that the email address linked to my account had been changed.

 

I didn't authorize the change and now I'm unable to log into my account.

 

I have responded to the email which advised me to send an email to  account-details-changed@spotify.com

 

I have heard nothing back yet and it's been 8 hours.

 

This has been posted from another account.

 

please help.

I am in the same boat and the problem isn't to get in contact with Spotify Support but in what useless way they response in. If anyone can spot where the problem is you'll officially be more experienced then spotify support team.

Example:
Person A has been hacked. No doubt about it. passwords changed, email changed, a 3rd mystery device is starting to listen to spotify with him all of a sudden.

He decides to contact support to get the help they get payed to provide.

How do Spotify thank this man after years of subscription fees. By sending the password recovery email to the hackers email adress.. Thanks. O.o
