Account Hacked?

Hi,

Recently my music was interuppted by another device. I then went into my account settings and notice a different email and phone other than my own associated with the account. I can still use that account via facebook. I can log in and out with no problems. However, I cannot change that email address, because the password is not one I know, and is different from my facebook login.

I havent tried anything yet, because I dont want whoever this is to receive an email about any password chages or requests etc. Whats going on? Can anyone help?

FYI I made this account to use on the forums, and it is not my hacked spotify premium account. I did not want the user to receive any notifications about message board posts or anything.

I got a similar problem but not quite the same. I was logged in when spotify popped up that there is another session running. So i tryed to log in again, but the password was already changed without getting any email notification (how could that be?). Luckily my email wasn't changed so I changed my password easily (by receiving an email this time). When I was back online, I could even see the connected device of that hacker snitch which was a bit creepy. 

However the same issue happened abould half a year ago already, and now again.

How do I not receive an Email when s.o. changes my password (while obviously knowing the correct pw) ?
