My Question or Issue

My account has been hijacked and I filled out the contact form 2-3 days ago and have received an automatic reply that did not help at all. The person changed my email adress so I'm unable to recover the account by myself. 

 

My account's original email was *snip* and the user is phanny93. The new email adress (which is not mine) is *snip*. Please reset the password and restore ownership to *snip*. If possible can you plesae also revert all my playlists to what they were before the account was stolen incase they deleted my playlists.

Sorry to hear your account has been compromised. If you've contacted Spotify Support using the contact form, they will get back to you as soon as possible. Another way to contact them is through @SpotifyCares on Twitter. They have a really active team on Twitter that can glady help with your account issue.
