Account Stolen

Someone has gotten ahold of my account and is playing music on it. Yesterday I found playlist on my library that I did not add. Today I turned my spotify on and someone from a phone device was listening to music. I would like for some staff to help me. I changed my password. What else do I need to do? Seeing that my account has premium.

Having someone else access your account without permission definitely doesn't sound good. You've done the right thing in changing your password, so that's a great start.

The next thing I recommend doing is logging out of all devices currently logged into your Spotify Account. You can do this by clicking the Sign Out Everywhere button found by logging into your profile on Spotify's website.

This won't log you out from Spotify on your Playstation 4, but that shouldn't be a problem if the PS4 is in your possession. (If you don't have a PS4, then don't even worry about this.)

Ultimately, you can also contact support as @Zuzakon has suggested, just to verify that your account is secure and not being used elsewhere.
