Hello,

Earlier today, I logged out and logged back into my account and for some reason, everyone I was following disappeared as well as my playlists. They did not get deleted, because I can search up for my username and apparently there are two people with my username: the account I was using before, and this blank clone account. Is there a way I can get my old account back?

As i can see you're using the Free subscripition and mentioned having more than one account you might have logged in to the wrong one.

Please use this help page to locate accounts listed with your details to make sure you're logging in to the right account.

It looks like I'm logged into an account that seems to have my old username, but the username is actually "9d2jx9jqofbmbx18308m1nfn3". That's the username connected to the email I use and I don't use facebook.

I also dug through older emails and yeah, the email I use is connected to my original account, so I have no clue what went wrong or how to access it again
