Account credentials changed without knowledge

Hi,

I have an account with a username "tugo1907". Suddenly my playlists have disappeared and my mail changed to spotify@pesix.de without my knowledge. Also i can't login with my password, and can't change my mail address because site says my password is wrong. I'm suspicious about my login credentials was stolen and changed. Could someone help?
